Donna has over 22 years experience and was the first image consultant in New England to achieve the AICI  'Certified Image Professional' status. She is the winner of the AICI Award of Excellence.

AICI is a world-wide professional association of men and women specializing in visual appearance, verbal and non-verbal communication. Members serve individual clients in attaining authenticity, credibility and self-confidence and corporate clients to attain alignment of the employees' appearance, behavior and  communication with the corporate goals.

AICI certification requires a broad experience range. To continue to use the AICI, CIP logo, members must maintain their professional edge by attending educational programs on an ongoing basis.

AICI professionally certified members are seen by clients, colleagues, corporations, retailers, manufacturers, the public and the media as the image industry's finest. Only AICI certified image professionals may use the AICI, CIP  designation after their names.
